Provider Agreement
The agreement between you and us when you offer companionship services on the platform.

Eligibility
- You must be 18+, face-verified and approved as a provider.
- You must act for yourself, freely, and not on behalf of any agency or third party.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Your listings
- Describe lawful, non-sexual activities accurately.
- Set your hourly rate, availability and cancellation policy honestly.
- Listings are reviewed before going live and may be removed if they break the Companion Rules.
Bookings and payouts
Customers pay through the platform. We hold payment until the booking is complete, deduct the platform fee shown in your dashboard, and pay you via your chosen payout method. Payouts may be held during a dispute or safety review.
Conduct
You must follow the Companion Rules and Community Rules at all times. Never accept payment, tips or bookings outside the platform.
Ending the agreement
You can stop offering services at any time by withdrawing this agreement in the Privacy centre; your listings will be paused. We may end it if you break these terms.
Grievance Officer
In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can contact our Grievance Officer about any complaint relating to content or your use of the service.
