Companion Rules
Companion mode is for lawful, non-sexual companionship only. These rules apply to everyone who books or offers it.
Draft — pending legal review
This is a plain-language placeholder and is not yet final. It will be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What companionship means here
Paid time spent together on a lawful, social activity in public — for example sightseeing, a meal, an event, a walk, conversation practice or a museum visit. You're paying for someone's time and company, nothing more.
Strictly prohibited
- Any sexual activity, sexual services or sexual contact, offered, requested or implied.
- Escorting, or any listing, message or arrangement suggesting it.
- Soliciting, or using coded language to solicit, sexual or illegal services.
- Anyone under 18 taking part in or being present at a booking.
- Private residences, hotel rooms or other private spaces as meeting venues.
- Payments, tips or arrangements outside the platform.
- Alcohol-impaired or otherwise unsafe activities.
- Offering services on behalf of someone else, or under the control of a third party.
Venues
Meetings must take place in public venues such as cafés, restaurants, museums, parks or event spaces. Arrange your own transport.
Boundaries
Either person can end a booking at any time if they feel uncomfortable. Physical contact beyond a handshake is not part of any booking.
Enforcement
Breaking these rules leads to immediate removal and, where required, a report to the authorities. Any booking involved may be cancelled and payouts withheld.
